"Mikhailovsky Park" is a quarter in the southeastern part of Moscow, including 6 residential buildings, a closed landscaped courtyard area for recreation and walking, underground parking lots, two kindergartens, as well as commercial facilities for a comfortable life - shops, cafes, service enterprises.
The strict architecture of six multi-sectional and multi-height buildings with a height from 17 to 33 storeys is balanced by saturated shades of facades. The project provides for French balconies in separate buildings, which visually expand the room and add light and comfort to the space.
And absolutely all houses have enlarged windows for a greater amount of natural light. Underground floors of the houses accommodate parking lots and storage rooms.
When developing apartment layouts, the developer focused on their diversity — so that every resident of "Mikhailovsky Park" could find a suitable format and size using the living space as efficiently as possible.
