RC Akvareli - WE-ON Design

“Akvareli'' Residential Complex is located in Balashikha, 7 km away from the Moscow Ring Road, on Lenin Avenue, within walking distance to the city center and has easy exit roads to Entuziastov Highway and Shchelkovo Highway. “Akvareli” is one of the most beautiful buildings in the Moscow Region with the European architecture, floor-to-ceiling glazing, underground parking, enclosed courtyard area occupying 7.2 hectares with children’s and sports grounds. Clear-cut facade lines, thoroughly thought-out location of varied-height building sections and the arrangement of the inner grounds form a space, where each apartment, a car, or an infrastructure facility has its own defined place and designation. In 2015, “Akvareli” Residential Complex won the “Real Estate Market’s Records” award in the category of “Innovation Project No.1”.
