“Descartes” Residential Complex located only 5 km away from the Moscow Ring Road is a new growth point of the town of Mytishchi. The house has become a benchmark for the development of the urban infrastructure, with its distinctive original and simultaneously strict and modern facade architecture, resembling a coordinate grid.
